Description
This ocean front condominium is directly on the beach as you can see in the pictures. The first floor has the kitchen, dining, living room, half bath and balcony to view the ocean and people on the beach. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, a view of the ocean and a second bedroom that has a queen and bunk bed with private bathroom. The area is walking distance to many restaurants and night life, shopping etc.
Fifteen minutes drive from Daytona !! This condominium is directly on the water, sitting on the balcony off the living room you are watching beach goers, surfers, dolphin looking for their next meal and birds doing the same.
We completely remodeled the interior with new furniture, fresh paint new kitchen countertops and more.
The complex has two large beautiful pools with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from. Off the pool decks are multiple barbecue gas grills and outdoor picnic tables if you choose to eat outdoors while viewing the pool and ocean at the same time. Oh yes, if you enjoy shuffleboard you can challenge someone to show off your skills. You will have a difficult time finding a better resort style property in the neighborhood.
Property Manager is constantly monitoring incoming messages and typically responds within an hour or less.
Flagler avenue is within walking distance and is famous in the surrounding area for numerous restaurants, tiki bars, live music, fine wines , shopping etc. Kennedy Space center tourist attraction is only a 35 minute drive or visit Disney for the day which is only a 70-80 minute drive.
Plenty of parking for your rental car or Uber is available if you plan to participate in the local monthly wine tasting event.
The unit has spectrum cable television and WiFi internet with a Roku streaming device to watch Netflix or other movie and TV streaming sources.View More

Condo is just like the pictures show with AMAZING views from your bed and throughout the first floor!! Loved the pools which always had plenty of loungers, again, with an amazing view of the ocean! The condo is located in a "drivable" part of the beach, however hardly any cars actually drove in front of the condo. Maybe 5 all day, it seemed, the majority drive in Flager Beach to the left of condo. You can't beat the views, pool area, and proximity to what feels like a private beach, since a code is needed to return to pool area, which I really liked. Definitely one of our favorite places we've stayed at! Can't wait to be back!!! Absolutely beautiful place, will be back again to book with mark! Marks place was fantastic. Right on the beach. Every morning, we watched the sunrise from the condo in addition to hearing the waves crashing, it was wonderful.
we enjoyed kayaking (10 min drive), two great pools right at the beachfront. Great food is only a short drive away.
Mark is a great host, and we loved our stay!! Was very nice and location was great. Condo building very well maintained and pool are was very nice. There was some carpet staining in both bedrooms but overall it was nice and clean. Remote did not work for tv but Mark offered to come over and look at it but we didn’t bother with tv.
