Description
This amazing Beach View, Oceanfront two-bedroom condominium is located in a quiet paradise called Ponce Inlet Florida, just south of Daytona Beach and north of New Smyrna Beach. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wrap around balcony watching the Pelicans flying over the water together or Dolphins coming up for air while they search for breakfast.
The space
Great for couples and families. Brand-new fully-adjustable sofa for individual reclining needs. Updated, fully equipped kitchen. Three individual eating areas and lots of space to relax.
Guest access
Full access to the condo and common areas including pool, exercise room, sauna, tennis courts, basketball court, and direct beach access.
You will be given a code to access the building and a lock box code to get the key to the front door to your condo. Check in is any time after 3pm and we have made it simple to "Self-Check-In" to accommodate your travel schedule.
Other things to note
Quiet beach community founded in 1893 with lots of great history. Condo is within walking distance of the original north turn of the Daytona beach speedway and historic Ponce de Leon lighthouse built in 1893. Wonderful restaurants and water activities including deep sea fishing, surfing, jet ski, boat rental, manatee tours, snorkeling, bioluminescence kayaking, SUP, and much more. Place was great. Location was right on beach and balcony was great. easy to check in and check out. Kitchen was fully stock. Excellent location and away from the crowds of Daytona. We will be back. Thx, Mark! D

The king bed was comfortable. Of course we love the Atlantica being right on ocean. Hard to beat the convenience to beach and view. Ponce Inlet area is beautiful. Ways to improve the room and suggestions in my opinion—- I didn’t really feel safe cooking in the nonstick cookware because of scratches and there wasn’t any other options, so I ended up purchasing an iron skillet while staying in the room (which already had one at home). I would recommend a stainless steel set of cookware which wouldn’t get banged up and be safer for cooking in. Also, the showers could use a very good cleaning or better yet, remodel. There was mold in the tile and cracks. The spare bedroom mattresses were not very comfortable. Also, much of the room could use updated furniture and decor maybe some kitchen and bathroom updates. ..esp the porch furniture which the paint was chipping. Also, carpet in back bedroom had stains and my older son had bad allergies in that room our entire stay. Several chairs in living room were hard and not comfortable. Also the beach chairs could be better and there were not boogie boards (we bought our own). Also, we bought washcloths because we thought we didn’t have enough, but at end of stay found more in bedroom cabinet. I would recommend putting them all in bathrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable and pleased. We greatly appreciated being able to stay 2 weeks there for good price, because we are unable to stay full month. However, we have stayed in other rooms in the Atlantica and Oceanquest that have been better equipped, more updated and comfortable in comparison overall. Also, were concerned about several ant traps we found-one in pen caddy in laundry room. It looked like a cleaning lady didn’t know what it was and just threw it in there. Another one was in basket at entrance and looked like had been thrown in there because cleaning lady didn’t know what it was. Please take these as friendly suggestions. R
