The space
Twenty-five minutes' drive from Daytona!! This condominium is directly on the water, sitting on the balcony off the living room you are watching beach goers, surfers, dolphin looking for their next meal and birds doing the same. The interior is fresh and updated with all of the comforts of home.
Guest access
The complex has two large, beautiful pools with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from. The large community clubhouse is great to entertain your visitors or mingle with the other guests. . Oh yes, if you enjoy shuffleboard, you can challenge someone to show off your skills. You will have a difficult time finding a better resort style property in the neighborhood.
Other things to note
The condominium is beautiful, modern, spacious and the view of the Atlantic Ocean from the balcony is breathtaking. The New Smyrna Beach area is open, thriving, busy and ready for guests to enjoy the beach, restaurant's, shopping, attractions and everything the area has to offer.View More

Excellent location right on the beach. Waking up each morning with the sound of the surf and the most beautiful sunrise was exactly what I was looking for. <br/>The pool was nice for my morning exercise, as I prefer to not swim with sharks. There were lots of folks in the ocean and no emergencies. Lol<br/>The home/condo was well equipped with everything needed and more. <br/>I was alone for the first few days and felt safe. <br/>There are many restaurants and things to do within a mile of the home. Lots of shops and grocery stores as well. <br/>The furniture was a little warn and there were small things, such as a hole in the bedspread, and the paint was peeling in the living room. <br/>There were not any beach chairs. 😞<br/>So, other than those small details, I would recommend the stay. <br/>I’ve taken home some wonderful memories and painting inspiration. <br/>Thank you! <br/>Lelonie We had a great stay, the condo was a great size and the view from every room to the ocean were incredible- direct ocean front. The place was clean and comfortable. We would stay again! This was such a cozy place! We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days. The host was very polite and informative. They also answered all of our questions in a timely manner. The best part about the place is definitely the view of the beach from the balcony. We would definitely book another stay in the future. Corner condo with ocean front view. We sat on the balcony every morning with fresh coffee to watch the sun rise.
