Description
This ocean front condominium is directly on the beach as you can see in the pictures. The first floor has the kitchen, dining, living room, half bath and balcony to view the ocean and people on the beach. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, a view of the ocean and a second bedroom that has a queen and bunk bed with private bathroom. The area is walking distance to many restaurants and night life, shopping etc.
The space
Fifteen minutes drive from Daytona !! This condominium is directly on the water, sitting on the balcony off the living room you are watching beach goers, surfers, dolphin looking for their next meal and birds doing the same.
We completely remodeled the interior with new furniture, fresh paint new kitchen countertops and more.
Guest access
The complex has two large beautiful pools with large patio sunbathing areas with many lounge chairs to choose from. Off the pool decks are multiple barbecue gas grills and outdoor picnic tables if you choose to eat outdoors while viewing the pool and ocean at the same time. Oh yes, if you enjoy shuffleboard you can challenge someone to show off your skills. You will have a difficult time finding a better resort style property in the neighborhood.

Excellent location; with awesome views of the ocean! Nice layout of the unit with private bedroom space upstairs and two full bathrooms. Master bathroom is not updated but it's serviceable. Kitchen was well stocked and appreciate the extras for the beach (like chairs and paddleboards). Would stay again! We were sad to leave this Airbnb! Such an amazing view, extremely clean, and Mark was a great host! He was very quick to respond to any of our questions. The place was clean and taken care of. Bed were comfortable linen was nice. I did have to go buy toilet paper due to only one roll in each bath room.
