The space
This beautiful beachfront condominium has a large, freshly decorated living room with a wrap around balcony with a view of the Atlantic ocean. Two of the guest bedrooms share a large balcony with one having a Queen bed and private bathroom and the other is perfect for the kids with a bunk bed and full bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a private balcony and bathroom.
Guest access
Please park outside on the first floor or on the asphalt level outside the garage. There is no assigned parking and there will be a parking pass in the unit. Please display the parking pass at all times. Call building answering service through the gate keypad intercom to talk with service who can let you in if problem with gate code .

Overall, our stay at Mark’s was delightful. We did have some hiccups upon check-in, which was especially challenging after a flight delay/long travel day. We did not receive the correct instructions for entering our unit until after we arrived and experienced some confusion, but after messaging Mark we were given the proper instructions. The parking pass that was supposed to be waiting by our door was nowhere to be found (we finally received one the day before we left, but did not have an issue with parking). The fridge was not clean, and we had to wipe out crumbs and chunks of food before using it. (There were some other small issues with the state of the unit, and Mark did apologize and offer to have the cleaners come back). The next morning, we realized that there was no shampoo, conditioner, etc. provided, although it is listed on the amenities. All of this aside, we loved our stay here - spacious and open, great location, beautiful views, warm pool and beautiful ocean views! Great place with a great view. There were 6 of us and a baby and there was plenty of room and seating. The balcony was perfect and had an amazing view. Lots of extras like games and even swim diapers! Mark our host was wonderful and extremely responsive. Would stay again! Have enjoyed New Smyrna for 40 plus years with my kids and now grandkids. Love finding gems to stay at and this is one. Beautiful and well appointed and would love to come back some day. Had a great time and thank you for allowing us to stay. Chelsey

This is our first time renting through Airbnb and it was wonderful. Beautiful place, way larger than we thought it was going to be. Very easy video instructions. We had a wonderful vacation and loved staying here! The view is amazing!!!
