The host Mark was responsive each time I contacted him.  The condo had a beautiful view of the ocean and I enjoyed coffee each morning sitting on the balcony.  The condo is well equipped and spacious with easy commute to restaurants, shops and grocery stores.  We will definitely rent this condo again.

We had a great stay in New Smyrna Beach! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a great location with easy access to the beach just a short walk down to the steps. We really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub, and it was awesome that the condo had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys available to use. It made heading down to the beach really easy without having to bring or buy a bunch of extra stuff. The condo had everything we needed for a relaxing beach vacation, and we really enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in New Smyrna Beach!

The host also had everything you could think of that you might need available to guests too! Well equipped kitchen, sand/beach toys/board games, beach chairs & towels too! We had a fantastic stay as a family of 4 and would definitely come back! The condo offers a spacious living room and kitchen, a massive upstairs master bedroom, and a great second bedroom where the kids loved having their own space while sharing, plus their own private bathroom. Having multiple beach accessories provided by the host was also super helpful. The beach was a huge highlight, clean and very close. The pool area was wonderful too, though future guests should watch out for the evening no-see-ems going savage! We ran into a couple of minor inconveniences: the stove fan didn't work so cooking smells lingered, and the upstairs showerhead leaked and sprayed the ceiling if adjusted. However, these were small hiccups. When a storm briefly knocked out power, Mark was fantastic and responded extremely quickly. Excellent communication and a wonderful spot!

Nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in!  It had a huge kitchen we cooked all our meals in the condo and enjoyed the beautiful views!  We had 10 people everyone had a place to sleep! We stayed here for 3 nights while in New Smyrna for a baseball tournament. It was extremely clean and looked just like the pictures. We had ample space for a family of 5 and the bunkbeds also have a pull out trundle bed. The location is wonderful as well, across the street from the beach and a short drive to restaurants. The host was communicative and helpful. The only thing I’d recommend, is making sure the gate code given is up-to-date. We couldn’t get in the day we arrived because the gate code had changed, but someone helped us in and provided the new code for the remainder of the stay. 10/10 recommend.

This was not the first time we have stayed at Sherwin 603 but it was just as wonderful as the other visits! The condo is furnished beautifully. Everything you need is provided. We have already booked again for next year! The amenities at the Sherwin are great. We did not use the pool table, or the workout room, or the hot tub/sauna but they were available if we had wanted to use them. I would like to add the only thing that could have made it easier would be if we had had three key fobs instead of just two. With three couples, it did pose somewhat of a problem a couple of times because we were not always together on the beach or at the pool together. With  previous visits. We have been given three key fobs and it just made it very easy, that is my suggestion! Thank you and we look forward to being back next year.😊

Our stay with so amazing the space was perfect the beach and anemeties were so inviting and the host was absolutely wonderful. We have not stayed in many rentals and they made it so easy and comfortable we cannot wait to go back soon. We actually stopped beforehand to buy toilet paper/shampoo/paper towels - anticipating we'd need them but the townhome had everything. Including towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, sound machine, pack n play, etc. They had everything - and checkout was seamless! We've run into some big instructions before but not here. We had an amazing stay and can't wait to go back!

STOP! Do not look at another listing. I spent hours searching this site for just the right place to stay and celebrate my daughters and my birthdays. It was exhausting. I have used Airbnb many times in the past and some places just don’t meet the pictures or the hype. Well let me tell you this one does both. This unit checked every box! It was clean, bright, large, modern and furnished in a beautiful coastal vibe. The BEACH HOUSE sign on wall was totally appropriate. This host thought of everything! I kept looking for something he had to forget. I mean no place is perfect-right? Wrong this was!! It had everything and more of what we needed. The view of the ocean, and soothing sound of constant waves, with the expansive glass sliders made us feel like we were still on the beach while sitting on the couch in the unit. Also, never have I ever, had such a friendly, accommodating and accessible host as Mark. If I could rate him a 10 I would. Book NOW!!

Mark’s place was exactly what a family beach vacation should be. Easy to get to from Orlando airport, about an hour drive - when you arrive instructions for check in, where to park and which building the unit is in was made very clear. Mark was quickly responsive throughout the trip for any questions or concerns we had. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs, and there are pool towels provided along with beach chairs and pool toys. The balcony was beautiful and enjoying coffee in the morning looking out at the ocean was perfect. We will definitely be back! The place comfortably slept 5 people.

So, I haven’t been on here in a while speaking of my life’s happenings.
It’s been of late pretty up and down and quite confusing. I’ve questioned myself in ways that I have never before. I’m not as confident in my overall happiness and satisfaction of the life I’ve been given.
And this is a very new and uncomfortable feeling I’m having to face.
My choice of way to figure things out has been to challenge myself to break out of my comfort zone, that’s not easy for me but I was determined it was in my best interest.
And so I did a thing, a very big thing for me. 

I went on an adventure all by myself.

Out of my comfort zone and something I never imagined I could do alone.
I was both nervous and hopeful that I could pull it off and reach a place in my life that would prove to myself I was both capable and confident. 
I rocked it….🙌

I booked a condo on the beach in Florida that was far beyond my expectations and so perfect for my mental heath.
I booked a flight and actually tackled going through airports by myself!
Crazy…

I ubered for my very first time to my condo in New Smyrna Beach, Fla.
It was literally right on the beach. I slept with the sound of the ocean, witnessed the most beautiful sunrises and found a sense of calm that I desperately needed for my mental health.
I walked the beach, swam in the beautiful pool, shopped, went out to eat and explored by myself, something that I never fathomed I was capable of doing. No big deal really, but for me a huge accomplishment!

Life is tricky and if you don’t challenge yourself I believe it becomes trivial and mundane. I don’t want that. And I won’t have it!

And so, I guess the reason for my presence here is to express my gratitude for my ability to overcome my trepidations and live life to its fullest👍🏻And to encourage anyone who feels the way that I was feeling to challenge yourself.
If I can do it so can you!

I only hope to those who might understand my feelings of doubting myself to overcoming my insecurities that I might have impacted you to try  and do the same. I promise you that you will thank yourself to fulfill this accomplishment.

Nothing beats seeing dolphins and stingrays right from your bedroom windows, or sitting in the sun on the porch, just listening to the waves. My family and I LOVED this condo. I have never stayed at a place that was this perfect! Great amenities, it was equipped with everything you could ask for! We had a great time on our family vacation. The 3 bedroom, 3 bath was a game changer! The kitchen is open & had a very large island. We enjoyed the 6th floor as well and loved the big windows in two of the bedrooms! Great time had by all!!

This was our second year staying in this unit. Overall, our stay was great. Large, modern, clean unit with all the amenities we needed. Our ice maker was broken for the second year in a row which was a little frustrating.

The position of the accommodation meant that you could watch the sunrise from the balcony every morning, it was a real treat seeing it appear over the horizon.
