Upon entering, the first thing you notice is the sleek, wood-look flooring that runs throughout, giving the space a warm and contemporary feel without sacrificing durability. The walls are painted in soft, neutral tones, accented by modern art pieces, creating an inviting and calming atmosphere.
The kitchenette is compact yet fully equipped, featuring stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and clean white cabinetry with minimalist hardware. A small dining nook with two cushioned chairs is perfectly positioned nearby, ideal for enjoying a quick meal or morning coffee.
The bedroom area centers around a plush queen-sized bed with crisp white linens, flanked by sleek bedside tables and modern lamps. Mounted on the wall opposite the bed is a flat-screen TV, perfectly positioned for cozy entertainment after a day of exploring.

Great experience with our mixed Lab in this fairly new studio in a pet loving community. We dine in restaurants with outdoor seating, including ‘Lunas’ & ‘Crabbys.’ Plenty of space in both directions for a short or long “business” walk😀. Well maintained studio with nice floors, beautiful bathroom, & comfy mattress. Good entrance & walk-in closet with a desk to work! Safe community with nice residential homes in the back & first responders admin building few steps away. Manual for all the equipment was a Plus! Mark was a superb host. Minutes away from beach & dog designated areas. Seven miles from the beautiful Ponce Inlet Dog Beach. Samantha

Proximity to the beach is great! Just across the street. Mark responds quickly if needed. If you have neighbors, the walls are thin. You will hear their TV, conversations, and dog. Mark was extremely responsive to any concerns we had during our stay. The location was extremely accessible to the beach, less than a 2 minute walk.
