The position of the accommodation meant that you could watch the sunrise from the balcony every morning, it was a real treat seeing it appear over the horizon.
We felt very settled and comfortable at the Condo, home from home, would strongly recommend it to anyone. Hope to visit again.

Marks place was fantastic.   Right on the beach.   Every morning, we watched the sunrise from the condo in addition to hearing the waves crashing, it was wonderful.
we enjoyed kayaking (10 min drive), two great pools right at the beachfront.  Great food is only a short drive away.  
   Mark is a great host, and we loved our stay!!

This was the most spacious Airbnb condo we've ever stayed in. Very private with incredible views of the ocean from almost every room. Mark was very responsive to any questions we had and provides very helpful information in his guide manual. The condo was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen items and there are many different beach toys available to use. We didn't use the pool but it did look like it needed to be cleaned better. Make sure to pay attention to the tide schedules since there is very little, if any, beach remaining at high tide. We enjoyed going to the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum, the Constance D. Hunter Historic Pacetti Hotel Museum, Motorsports Hall of Fame at Daytona International Speedway, and eating at several excellent restaurants. We highly recommend eating at Off the Hook at Inlet Harbor for great seafood and tropical drinks. We really enjoyed the comfort of the condo and would definitely rent it again if we ever decide to visit Daytona Beach again.

Great apartment at the beach! Wonderful view of the ocean! Everything was very clean and cosy and as described. A definite recommendation!

Was very nice and location was great. Condo building very well maintained and pool are was very nice. There was some carpet staining in both bedrooms but overall it was nice and clean. Remote did not work for tv but Mark offered to come over and look at it but we didn’t bother with tv.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Pelican. The condo was perfect for my family. Plenty of towels and comfortable beds. It was clean & is nicely decorated. The fridge did freeze some of our food that was in the produce bins. We figured out how to use the upper shelves and that worked better.
